Marek Jaskulski - lawyer, judge, member of the National Council of the Judiciary. Born on 30 September 1963 in Poznań.
Graduate of the Faculty of law of the University of Adam Mickiewicz. The winner of the second prize of the contest of Prof. Kazimierz Kolańczyk for the best theses.
In the years 1988-1990 he undergone the judicial training in the Provincial Court in Poznań. From 1 November 1990-trainee judge, and from 17 November 1992-judge at the District Court in Złotów. Currently a judge of the District Court in Poznań-Stare Miasto in Poznań. He adjudicates in the 1st Civil Division.
By the Sejm resolution of 6 March 2018 he was elected to the National Council of the Judiciary for the four-year term, which began on March 7, 2018. From April 27, 2018, member of the presiding board of the National Council of the Judiciary.
A longtime, active member of the Polish Judges Association “Iustitia”, a member of this Association since 2001, Member of its National Audit Commission from 2016 onwards, in the years 2012-2018 Vice-President of its branch for Wielkopolska region.
Run a program of youth legal education in high school in Poznań. Works with Filipino cultural oratorio by organising events for the local community.
